DEPOSITS

Please note that holding deposits are required for bookings on all of our properties.

These deposits will be refunded once the property has been cleaned & inspected for any possible loss of property or damage and our cleaners have been given time to report back to our management.

Please take care to maintain the property you are staying in to a reasonable level.

Should properties require additional cleaning other than is reasonably expected a surcharge will be issued.

All properties require the tenants to remove their own rubbish & do their own general housework including the washing of their own pots, pans & dishes.
