We specialise in short and long term holiday rentals for landlords and tenants alike and also provide a rentals management service and an on site property maintenance service for local and overseas landlords. Our experience has made us familiar with all aspects of everyday life including the day to day running of properties and households. We also have a Building Construction team whose services range from reforming kitchens and bathrooms to major refurbishments and extensions. Our company has an efficient and friendly workforce whose main purpose is to make your business or stay on the Costa Del Sol as smooth and as hassle free as possible. For your ease our staff are both English & Spanish speaking. And for your convenience and peace of mind we have offices not only situated in Benalmadena on the Costa Del Sol, Southern Spain but also in Ruislip, Middlesex, England.
