Life Property Services - Booking and Payment Information
Should
you wish to book a property please follow these instructions
Please
confirm that you would like to book the property either by e-mail,
phone or fax, not forgetting to give us your dates including
proposed arrival & departure times if known.
A
25% non refundable holding deposit is required for us to reserve
the property for you.
The full payment is required 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
A Payment can be made by any of the following methods
Send
a UK sterling (£ pounds) cheque to our UK Office in Ruislip
(address shown on our CONTACT US page)
OR
Send a Euro cheque to our office in Spain (address shown on
our CONTACT US page)
OR
Make a money transfer to either our UK or Spanish Bank accounts.
If this is your preferred method please tell us & we will
forward you our Bank Account details to enable you to make the
transfer.
Once the payment has been made in full a receipt will be forwarded
to you confirming your Holiday dates & destination with
room & key pick up details.
Please
Note; Deposits & full payments are refundable only at the
owners discretion. Our owners will not refund any monies if
a previously booked apartment becomes cancelled & left empty.
PLEASE make sure you are 100% certain before booking any property.
On
your day of arrival rooms will be ready at 3pm & on there
departure day we ask clients to vacate their rooms by 10.30am
