Available for all the year round we have this superb one bedroom apartment with sea & costal residential views within the ever popular Benal Beach family Complex in Benalmadena Costa.

This apartment is fantastically located within this large Complex. It is one floor above the main walk through area that connects the reception area, giant sized swimming pools & other amenities. Its far enough away so as to not hear any noise from the other guests but close enough so as to no have to use the lifts to & from your apartment & therefore be within easy walking reach of everything the Complex has to offer.

This apartment was refurbished throughout in 2006 & has just been redecorated for the coming summer season (2008). The owners take great care of this apartment & we can guarantee it is amongst the finest within the Complex.

As you walk in to the apartment it has a spacious lounge with a large sofa bed. This sofa bed can be pulled out to make a small double bed that will be perfect for 2 young children. A fold away temporary style single bed can also be supplied if needed. The lounge comes with a dining table & chairs and a TV & DVD player. The Complex has a communal TV system that shows some UK channels including Sky. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave & high level oven. It also has a kettle, toaster plus iron & Ironing board. The bathroom has a large corner shower, sink, WC & also makes room for a corner Washing Machine.

To help guests have a comfortable stay within the height of the summer the apartment has an air conditioning system installed within the bedroom. This system can also be used to heat the bedroom during the colder winter nights. There is also a ceiling fan within the lounge plus a large free-standing high level fan.

The apartment comes with bed linen & bathroom towels but please bring your own towels for the Beach.

All residents to Benal Beach receive pool passes to the exclusive swimming pool area. Without a pass you will not get into this pool during the summer months.

The pool area is among the most coveted along the Costa del Sol. It has 4 different pools that are connected via large water slides. This will give your children endless fun whilst you can relax in the sun as the pool has a strict safety policy. There are a number of lifeguards & swimming pool attendants on hand at all times of the day who monitor the pool & those in it.

For complete luxury the main pool has a central bar built within it so you can sit in the pool whilst having a drink. The pool area is situated within beautifully kept gardens & there is also an all day restaurant serving food, drink, ice creams etc.

The Complex itself has many in house attractions including an outdoor nightly entertainment cabaret, an air conditioned British style Pub with pool tables & darts, a newsagent, hairdressers, supermarket, tour operators, money exchange offices & a private gymnasium with indoor heated pool

The Reception area is manned 24hours a day & if required, for a small fee has security boxes for your personal belongings. There are ample car parking spaces in & around the Complex & a 24hour taxi rank situated directly outside.

The Complex is a 5-minute walk to the Beach. The Benalmadena Beach is considered one of the nicest along the Costa del Sol & attracts many people from far away.

There is also the local attraction of Paloma Park. This is a huge Park that is next door to the Benal Beach Complex. The Park has a water featured pond & is home for several free roaming animals such as peacocks & rabbits. There is also a small animal sanctuary that homes goats & an ostrich plus a children’s play area with climbing frames, swings etc…. and of course restaurants & bars.

Benal Beach is a 20 minute drive (or taxi ride) from Malaga Airport. Airlines that fly to Malaga include Easy Jet, Monarch, Thomson, Jet2
