This fully equipped studio apartment is 15 minutes from Malaga airport, a 10 minute walk from the nearest railway station which is on the main Malaga to Fuengirola line, stopping at Malaga Airport and 1 minute from the nearest bus stop linking Torremolinos and the beautiful village of Mijas Pueblo.
The famous Bonanza Square and Gamonal with numerous Bars and Restaurants is only minutes away.

YOUR FULLY EQUIPED STUDIO APARTMENT is on the 10th floor and will sleep 2 people comfortably but an extra bed can be added for a child if required.

KITCHENETTE
The kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, 4 ring gas cooker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all the necessary cooking utensils.

BATHROOM
Bath and shower unit, washing machine, towels (NOT beach towels) are provided.

LOUNGE/BEDROOM
Ample wardrobe space, a large sofa which pulls out into two separate but attached beds. You have the use of a radio with CD player and a colour TV. In addition to Spanish TV, the following UK channels are normally available.

Large swimming pool and children’s pool. (normally open mid May to mid October) Pool area has drink & snack kiosk with sun lounger & sun umbrella hire available.

Your holiday apartment is on the 10th floor of the Acuario Building over looking the large swimming pool and childrens paddling pool.

During the summer months a pool side drinks and snack kiosk is open, where you can also hire sunbeds and umbrellas at a small cost.

The reception is open 24 hours a day, and your apartment has a direct telephone line to the reception if you have any problems as well as receiving incoming calls.

If needed you will be supplied with a key to the private, secure car park.
Within minutes from your holiday home, you will be able you enjoy some of the best and cheapest bars, restaurants and entertainment venues the Costa Del Sol has to offer.

Locally there are a number of supermarkets all stocking UK brand name products.

A 10 minute walk will take you to the fabulous beaches of Benalmadena and the award winning Marina.
For the children and adults alike, we have the famous Tivoli World amusement park packed with fun rides, restaurants and nightly shows as well as the Mountain Cable car ride which will give you breathtaking views as far as Gibraltar and the North African coast.

Paloma Park is only a short walk where you can enjoy the beautiful lake with its fountains and wildlife such as pelicans and turtles.

In neighbouring Torremolinos, you can visit the Water Park or Shop in San Miguel Street which boasts some of the best jewellery and leather and shoe shops in Spain.

A variety of traditional Spanish street markets are on almost every day.
